SYNOPSIS

When Rafael moved to live in downtown Buenos Aires, at San Martín 683, he started a documentary in 2017 from the windows of his apartment; over the years, and the help of fiction, that shooting became a kind of diary that, in a somewhat abstract way, builds the center of the block where he lives.
